• Cell line identity: CHOZN® Elite Cell Line is a subclone of the CHOZN® GS-/- cell line, also described as the CHOZN® GS KO cell line.

• Genetic background: Glutamine Synthetase (GS) knockout cell line that is auxotrophic for the essential amino acid L-glutamine.
